Arrival Information

The Riyadh Airport (King Khalid International Airport), the official Airport of the Championships, was built in 1983, is the second-largest airport in Saudi Arabia, and this is where we will welcome all our distinguished participants from their respective federations.

Our banners will be at designated locations in the airport where you may find information desks with warm and receptive officials who are more than willing to help you meet any need you have at the point of arrival.

Transportation

We are providing transport buses from the Riyadh airport to hotels for participants who will be residing at our official hotels during the event, and this will cost about 90 euros per person (airport – hotel – airport).

How to reserve transportation:

• Fill out a reservation (form) and submit it via email
• The team will review your reservation
• If accepted, we will send you an invoice for payment
• Make payment via bank transfer (in Euro)
• Cash on arrival is only accepted in case the delegation experienced difficulties for bank transfer.
• Please note: Internal transportation is guaranteed only if you stay at official hotels
• In case of any sudden change of transportation details within 48 hrs., service will not be guaranteed
