How to book a hotel:
- Choose a hotel
- Fill out the accommodation (form) for the hotel you chose.
- Send the form to us via email accommodation@riyadh2024.org
- Once you receive confirmation and invoice, send a copy of the payment bank transfer to confirm your reservation.
- Payments must be made by bank transfer (in euros).
- Cash on arrival only accepted in case the delegation who has difficulties for bank transfer.
- Reservations must be done by February 29, 2024.
- The rates offered and the availability of the rooms are not guaranteed after the deadline mentioned above.
Please make sure that bank transfers cover the amount of the invoice and commissions and bank charges.
