King Saud University
King Saud University is the oldest university in Saudi Arabia, with a long history of academic and cultural excellence. The university sits at the heart of Riyadh and is a central location for every kind of sporting event, from swimming to badminton, basketball, martial arts, tennis, volleyball, football, and, of course, fencing.
The university’s sports arena, where the 2024 Junior and Cadet Fencing World Championships will be held, is an architectural beauty, combining state-of-the-art modern design with functional elegance.
The seating in the arena is carefully designed to enhance your experience, offering clear views from every angle with high-tech sound and lighting systems that create an immersive atmosphere for everyone.
The venue is also equipped with ramps, elevators, and designated seating areas to accommodate all attendees comfortably, including persons with disabilities. We have also arranged for special security personnel to ensure that all attendees are safe.
For cadet and junior fencers, the venue has large locker rooms and changing rooms with modern facilities. We also have an information desk at the venue to ensure that you get answers to all your questions as they arise and that you have an enjoyable
fencing experience.
A first aid station and ambulance would also be available on site, with experienced first responders who are readily accessible for any emergencies.
