Visa Application Process
We understand that all delegates will require a visa to enter Saudi Arabia and attend the Championships, and, as such, we have collaborated with the Ministry of Sport to obtain approval from the government to create a special visa platform for all participants.
Important Information
- Visa requests will be processed online through the Organizing Committee.
- No fees or tax will be charged.
Visa Application Process
Participants are advised to apply for their e-visa following this process:
Send an email to the organizing committee, attaching the following documents:
- A duly filled out E-visa form. (a copy of the form can be found in appendix)
- A clear copy of each delegation member’s passport
- A recent photo of each member of your delegation saved with delegate and name (example: KSA_athlete _last name _first name)
The visa process mentioned will be valid for all participants.
Once visa processing is completed, the visas will be sent to delegates by email.
Deadline for e-visa applications: February 10, 2024
(Requests received after this date may not be processed in time for the event.)
Please note:
Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry into Saudi Arabia.
Passport photographs should be taken over a white background with no glasses, hats, or accessories that may obstruct your face.
